In this third episode of the Turning of the Ages, I explore the Dendera Round Zodiac and its connection to precession and the Great Year. The Dendera is said on one hand to depict an eclipse, and on the other to contain astrological information, without depicting any date in particular. When I studied it, I realized it depicted precession. This theory was nowhere to be found by Egyptologists or even Astrologers, but I discovered that the original interpretations, particularly by astronomers, included ones that espoused just that! They all happened in the 1800’s and were dismissed… likely for the same reason that Hamlet’s Mill was dismissed. Too many inconvenient truths that challenge the narratives.
A nice summary of this theory is contained in a book called Secrets of the Great Pyramid, Tompkins, Peter (1978). The Wikipedia entry on this just says Tompkin (1971)….. poorly referenced and with the wrong date!!!
In this episode, I share how they and I think that the Dendera really works to show us where we are in the Great Year. I have a slightly different take, because I use the Tychos help me come to my conclusion… and as I shared in the last episode, I see it also pointing to the fact that we are at the end of the cycle.
I have a feeling this one will be shadow-banned, so please give it a like and share, etc., if you feel so inspired!
